Description: Facilitated acquisition of an independent specialty ASC including budget development, 3rd party valuation coordination and negotiations with and outside ASC management company. Led all aspects of legal, financial, and operational due diligence including internal capital analysis, and creation of multiyear facility proforma.

Description: Initiated scaled effort to align orthopedic supply chain purchasing decisions across multiple facilities. Established supply chain purchase committee comprised of surgeons, regional executives, and health system supply chain team to evaluate current spend, vendor selection, and utilization data, and developed multiple recommendations for overall supply chain contracts. Developed and implemented multi-year supply chain contract negotiation strategy.
